Kathmandu. A joint meeting of the House of Representatives and the National Assembly will be held in the Federal Parliament today. The policies and programmes of 83 are to be presented.
The meeting has been called at 3 pm. President Ram Chandra Poudel will present the government’s policies and programmes for the upcoming fiscal year.
The Federal Parliament Secretariat has already fixed the agenda for discussing and passing the government’s policies and programmes from May 26 to May 15. Discussions on the principles and priorities of the Appropriation Bill will begin on May 15.
As per the constitutional provisions, the government will present the budget for the upcoming fiscal year on May 15.
