Kathmandu. Shriram Pokharel has been appointed as the company secretary of Global IME Microfinance. A meeting of the company’s board of directors held on May 29 appointed Pokharel, deputy chief executive officer of the company, as the company’s secretary. He has been given this responsibility with effect from April 1.
