Kathmandu. Panchthar Power Company is going to hold its 10th Annual General Meeting on December 26. The meeting will be held at Hotel Imperial, Battisputali, Kathmandu at 11:00 am. The decision was taken at a meeting of the Board of Directors of the company held at 4:00 pm on December 3.
The AGM will discuss and approve the report of the Board of Directors for the 10th Annual Fiscal Year 2081/82 and the audit report of the FY 2081/82 submitted by the auditor, balance sheet, profit or loss account, cash flow statement and other related schedules.
The meeting will endorse the proposal including appointment of auditor and determination of remuneration for the fiscal year 2082/83.
