Kathmandu. Panchthar Power Company has started the process to issue right shares.
Panchthar Power Company has filed an application with the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) to issue right shares. If the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) permits, the company will issue 100% right shares in the ratio of 1:1 of its current paid-up capital.
The company has sought permission to issue rights shares worth Rs 96.25 crore. The company will issue 96,25,000 units of right shares to its shareholders.
Sanima Capital has been appointed as the issue manager for the IPO issuance.
