We were known in the world as an honest, hardworking and trustworthy people. No matter where we went in the world, this belief gave us an identity. Except for a few exceptions, cruelty, violence and unruliness were not the identity of Nepalis.

Crest

It is believed that the United Nations has also deployed the Nepal Army as peacekeepers in various war-torn countries of the world as peacekeepers. However, in the last generation, these adjectives of Nepalese identity have not been seen. In difficult times, it is unthinkable to expect honesty and trust from Nepalis.

If we calculate the unruliness seen in the current movement of Jenji, it has been proved that we are no less than Nepalese animals. The dance seen in this movement has clearly exposed the mentality of our Nepali society. It was during this movement that we became clear from within. Of course, there is a belief that anything is legitimate in the movement. However, the purpose for which this movement was taken place, apart from the work done in the activities centered on that purpose, other activities are not suitable for the Nepali society. Looting, theft, robbery, vandalism, damage to others’ property, human insensitivity, etc. would have been additional attributes of Nepalis seen during this movement. The world will now consider us Nepalis as a human, thief, liar and opportunistic race rather than as an honest, trustworthy nation.

No one disagrees with the punishment given to corrupt leaders during the movement. It may have been that the administrators and leaders who killed these innocent young people were left alive. But when we see people burning public property, looting, setting fire to business establishments, looting, we really feel that we are human beings. The dignity and prestige of being a Nepali earned by our ancestors has also been tarnished.

The Genji movement has also exposed the mirror of society. It has made it clear what kind of society we have built. It has also made it clear what kind of education we have given to our children. Not only was there a drought of respect and respect for one’s parents, but it was also seen that there was no such thing as patriotism and love for the country. Who has developed the feeling of ‘Oli thief, Deuba thief, Prachanda thief’ in the mouths of small children? Can their young minds think so much? It was also clear how the parents had made it clear to the child’s mind that it was the same person who had shut down social media and not allowed them to watch YouTube. Now the childish mind was seen to have developed the feeling of abusing the ruler in the name of the ruler whenever something happened.

It was also revealed how adept we were at stealing and looting at the first opportunity. From the telephone of the Parliament House, from the chair to the printer, from the old rents of Singha Durbar to the historical materials, from the food items of Bhatbhateni, from utensils to clothes, from the sacks of rice from the Food Corporation, from the eggs, bread, bottles of liquor from the houses of the leaders, from clothes to Kattuganji, our character is clearly seen that we are thieves and robbers. The criminal mentality in our minds was exactly exposed.

Did this feeling of looting, selectively destroying in the name of Genji develop in a day? It can’t be. It proved that our mindset had evolved gradually to seek such opportunities. And then, as soon as the opportunity arose, the wild form was exposed. He cannot steal more than a thief who has never had such a perverted attitude in his mind, but seeing this loot and cruelty, he is one of the most inhuman castes in the Nepali world.

This is the true mirror of our society. Let us review for ourselves why this happened. We were the descendants of our ancestors who helped others by cutting our own food. We were the kind of people who helped others by seeing their own suffering. But why are we laughing at the world today? Looking at this trend, no one seems to be able to believe it. As soon as you get the chance, you have to take off your clothes at any time.

According to the theory of sociology, the criminal mentality that develops in this way shows that the desire to never see the progress of others and always develops the feeling of spending time in the envy of others. Therefore, we need to change this character of our society.
