Kathmandu. Nepal Oil Corporation (NOC) has increased the price of petrol and reduced the price of diesel and kerosene.
The price of petrol, diesel and kerosene has been adjusted as it has received a new price list of petroleum products from The Indian Oil Corporation.
The price of petrol has been increased by Rs 2 per liter while the price of diesel and kerosene has been reduced by Re 1 per liter.
According to the new price, petrol will be sold at Rs 161 per liter except in Kathmandu Valley, Bhaktapur district. Similarly, diesel and kerosene will be available at Rs 149 per liter. Consumers filling oil from the fuel depot in Bhaktapur will have to pay an additional 0.25 paise per liter.
The adjusted new price will come into effect from 12 midnight tonight.
