Kathmandu. Non-Resident Nepali Association (NRN) has decided to sell around 6 lakh units of shares in Prabhu Mahalaxmi Life Insurance.
NRNA has put up 5,94,000 units of shares in Prabhu Mahalaxmi Life Insurance for sale. Currently, only existing promoter shareholders of Prabhu Mahalaxmi Life can apply for the shares.
The company has 35 days to apply for the shares. Interested promoter shareholders can apply for the shares at the central office of Prabhu Mahalaxmi Life at Kamaladi, Kathmandu.
The company has clarified that it will be in accordance with the law if the application for purchase of shares is not received from the promoter shareholders within the stipulated period.
