Kathmandu. Non-life insurance companies have collected a total insurance premium of more than Rs 35 billion in the current fiscal year. These companies sold 2,358,511 insurance policies and collected a total insurance premium of Rs 35.09 billion.
During this period, Shikhar Insurance Company collected the highest amount of insurance premium. The company has collected a total insurance premium of Rs 4.68 billion during the period. Sagarmatha Lumbini Insurance Company has collected a total insurance premium of Rs 4.04 billion. Siddhartha Premier Insurance has collected a total insurance premium of Rs 3.47 billion. Himalayan Everest Insurance has collected a total insurance premium of Rs 3.08 billion.
Similarly, IGI Prudential Insurance has collected a total insurance premium of Rs 3.02 billion.
Neco Insurance has collected a total insurance premium of Rs 2.70 billion. NLG Insurance Company has collected a total insurance premium of Rs 2.42 billion. Oriental Insurance has collected a total insurance premium of Rs 2.25 billion.
Similarly, Sanima GIC Insurance has collected a total insurance premium of Rs 2.09 billion. United Ajod Insurance has collected a total insurance premium of Rs 2.09 billion. Nepal Insurance has collected a total insurance premium of Rs 168 crore. Prabhu Insurance has collected a total insurance premium of Rs 1.43 billion. The National Insurance Company has collected a total insurance premium of Rs 1.16 billion. National Insurance has collected a total insurance premium of Rs 929.9 million.
