According to statistics published by the Nepal Insurance Authority, non-life insurance companies in operation have sold 18 lakh 43 thousand 456 insurance policies by the month of Falgun and collected a total insurance premium of 28 billion 28.8 million rupees.
Shikhar Insurance Company has collected the highest total insurance premiums until this period. The company has collected a total insurance premium of 4 billion 10 million rupees until this period. Sagarmatha Lumbini Insurance Company has collected a total insurance premium of 3 billion 32 million rupees. Siddhartha Premier Insurance Company has collected a total insurance premium of 2 billion 75 million rupees. IGI Prudential Insurance has collected a total insurance premium of 2 billion 37 million rupees. Himalayan Everest Insurance has collected a total insurance premium of Rs 2.21 billion.
Similarly, Neco Insurance has collected a total insurance premium of Rs 2.19 billion. NLG Insurance Company has collected a total insurance premium of Rs 1.85 billion. Oriental Insurance has collected a total insurance premium of Rs 1.70 billion. United Ajod Insurance has collected a total insurance premium of Rs 1.59 billion. Sanima GIC Insurance has collected a total insurance premium of Rs 1.57 billion.
Nepal Insurance has collected a total insurance premium of Rs 1.40 billion. Prabhu Insurance has collected a total insurance premium of Rs 1.16 billion. The National Insurance Company has collected a total insurance premium of Rs 1.09 billion. National Insurance has collected an insurance premium of Rs 764.7 million.
