Kathmandu. NMB Bank has fixed the date of book closure for dividend and AGM.
The Board of Directors of the Bank held its 30th Annual General Meeting and the last FY 2081. The company has decided to close the book on December 22 for the purpose of distributing dividend of Rs 82. This means that only the shareholders who have remained in the bank as on December 8 will be eligible to participate in the AMALGAM and receive the dividend.
The bank has decided to hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on January 8. The AGM will approve 10 percent dividend of the current paid-up capital proposed for the last fiscal year. This includes 5 percent bonus shares and 5 percent cash dividend.
