Kathmandu. Nepal Insurance Professional Society, Kailali, organized a special program to welcome the newly appointed Chief of Nepal Insurance Authority (NEA) Far-Western Province Kedarnath Bhatta and bid farewell to former chiefs Hridayeshwar Pandit and Gehendra Awasthi.
On the occasion, he extended best wishes to Bhatta, who has taken over as the chief of sudurpaschim province, and expressed the belief that his experience and contribution in the insurance sector would make the state-level insurance regulation and management more effective.
Similarly, former chief Pandit and officer Gehendra Awasthi, who was transferred from the Far-Western State Office to the Central Office of Nepal Insurance Authority, were given a respectful farewell by the organization and participants expressing their heartfelt gratitude.
Nips Kailali President Sunil Shrestha presided over the function while Nips Life Chairman Ganesh Saud delivered the welcome speech while Nips Kailali Secretary Nar Bahadur Negi moderated the programme. State heads and branch heads of life and non-life insurance companies were present on the occasion.
