Kathmandu. NIMB Ace Capital Limited in association with Pioneer Law Associates and ICRA Nepal Limited organized a workshop titled ‘Road to IPO’ at Hotel Aloft Kathmandu. The event was specifically organized with the objective of providing procedural information and strategic guidance to corporate organization participants for enlisting their companies through the process of primary public issue.
Mr. Shivant Bahadur Pandey, CEO of NIMB Ace Capital inaugurated the event. Expressing his views on the importance of IPO, he stressed that it would help in capital formation by shaping the company’s long-term strategy and contribute to overall economic development.
Anup Raj Upreti, Managing Partner, Pioneer Law Association, highlighted the legal aspects of public issue and the prevailing legal system for the same.
DCEO of NIMB Ace Capital Limited, Sachindra Dhungana discussed areas such as institutional good governance, appropriate timings for public issues, removal methods, capital structure, pricing and timeline.
Rajiv Maharjan, Head of ICRA Nepal, explained how the company’s financial position plays an important role in influencing credit rating and investor sentiment.
