Kathmandu. NIC ASIA Laghubitta Limited has organized the first quarter budget review seminar and training for Gandaki and Bagmati provinces. Chiefs of branch offices, monitoring officers, collection officers and provincial chiefs of the two provinces participated in the program held at Tapas Hotel Battisputali, Kathmandu from November 3 to November 4.
While the first two days of the programme discussed about branch operation, achievements, challenges and potential areas for improvement, the last two days were the participants covered training on quality of service, customer protection, financial management, branch operation efficiency, service delivery excellence, digital banking and portfolio management.
Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Cholraj Sharma Joshi, Assistant CEO Ganesh Ghimire, Accounting, Finance and Planning Department Head Ashish Gautam, Credit and Operations Department Head Rakesh Shrestha, IT Department Head Mithlesh Kumar Srivastav, Risk, Money Laundering and Compliance Department Head Kasalal Biswas among others participated in the training ।
In the concluding session of the training, Mr. Ganesh Ghimire evaluated the positive changes brought about by achieving the goals, increasing efficiency, branch operation, risk management capacity and digital service delivery, and encouraged them to work with more enthusiasm and dedication in the days ahead.
The organization believes that this type of review seminar and training program will motivate the employees of the organization to become more empowered in their responsibilities, improve the quality of service and contribute more effectively in branch operation.
