Kathmandu. The corporate office of NIC Asia Bank Limited has been shifted to its own building at Kamaladi, Kathmandu-28. Tulsiram Agrawal, chairman of the bank’s board of directors, inaugurated the newly constructed building on May 12. Members of the board of directors, chief executive officers and high-ranking officials of the bank were present on the occasion.
After getting approval from The Nepal Rastra Bank, the office of the Chief Executive Officer, the office of other executive officers and various departments have been transferred from the trade tower at Thapathali, Kathmandu-11 to the corporate office to provide all their services and facilities from the corporate office at Kamaladi. With the transfer of the office, the bank believes that the esteemed customers and stakeholders will get all the services provided by the bank from that place with more ease.
The bank has expanded its network of 360 branches, 670 ATMs, 116 extension counters and 42 branchless branches across the country. In addition, the bank has expanded its services to remote districts where the presence of banks and financial institutions such as Mugu, Kalikot, Bajhang, Rukum, Jumla, Salyan is low for financial inclusion.
