Kathmandu. Ngadi Group Power for the financial year 2081. The company has declared a dividend for 82 years.
The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company has decided to distribute 5 percent dividend of Rs 3.70 billion for the current paid up capital of the current fiscal year. The company has 4.75 percent bonus shares and 0.25 percent cash dividend.
Similarly, the meeting of the Board of Directors has also decided to hold the 12th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on December 10 to approve the dividend. The assembly will begin at 9:30 am at the Smart Palace in Shankha Park, Kathmandu.
After the meeting approves the dividend, the shareholders will get it. The meeting will endorse a special proposal to amend the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association accordingly as the issued and paid-up capital will increase after the distribution of bonus shares. The meeting shall endorse a proposal authorizing the Board of Directors to make any suggestions, if any, received from the regulatory body while amending the Memorandum of Association and Regulations.
The same meeting will approve the annual report and the auditor’s report of the previous fiscal year. The current fiscal year 2082. The proposal to appoint the auditor and determine his/her remuneration for Province 83 will be approved. The meeting shall also approve the appointment of directors.
The company has decided to close the book on November 30 for dividend and meeting purposes. This means that only the shareholders who have remained in the company before November 30 will be eligible to receive the dividend and attend the meeting.
