Kathmandu. Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) is opening its office today, October 20. However, the trading of shares will start only from October 21.
Issuing a notice today, NEPSE informed that the second share market will be opened from October 7. The NEPSE office will be opened from October 20.
The government had declared public holiday on Asoj 19 and today, October 3, in view of floods and landslides triggered by incessant rains. However, the District Administration Office, Kathmandu issued a notice at 10:00 pm last night urging all types of public offices, corporations and local governments to open their offices from October 5 as the weather was improving and the risk situation had subsided.
