Kathmandu. The Nepal Vegetable Ghee Oil Producers Association has contributed Rs 5 million to the Physical Infrastructure Reconstruction Fund for the reconstruction of physical infrastructures damaged by the Gen G movement.
The cheque was formally handed over to Finance Minister Rameshwor Khanal by Association President Bikash Dugar and immediate past President of NRNA Sandip Agrawal.
Speaking at the program, Chairman Dugad said it was the responsibility of every citizen to support the government’s efforts in the reconstruction of structures damaged during the agitation.
On the occasion, Finance Minister Khanal thanked Nepal Vegetable Ghee Oil Producers Association for its cooperative spirit and expressed his confidence that the assistance would contribute to expedite the reconstruction work.
The program was also attended by the office-bearers of the association, ministry officials and stakeholders.
