Nepal SBI Bank’s proposed dividend will be available to those who buy shares till date

Kathmandu. Today is the last day to secure the dividend of Nepal SBI Bank. The bank is closing its book for one day on December 19 for the AGM and dividend distribution. As per the agreement, the shareholders who have been trading in Nepse till date will be able to attend the AGM of the bank and receive the dividend to be distributed by the bank.

The bank is conducting its 32nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Friday, January 1, 2019 at Tribhuvan Army Officers’ Club, Bhadrakali, Kathmandu. The meeting will begin at 11:00 am. The AGM will endorse a special proposal of distributing 4 percent bonus shares and 5 percent cash dividend on the current paid-up capital.

The AGM will also endorse the proposal to authorize the Board of Directors to carry out mergers and acquisitions with other appropriate banks and financial institutions, amend the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association, elect a Director to be represented on behalf of the general shareholders’ group and appoint an auditor.
