Kathmandu. Pokhara-based Ayu Entertainment Limited (Fishtail Dream Park) is issuing an initial public offering (IPO) of Rs 100 per share at the rate of 20% of the issued capital to the general public. Nepal Life Capital Limited has been appointed as the issue manager for the issuance of 30,00,000 units of shares.
Nepal Life Capital has been appointed as the issue manager for the IPO issuance. The agreement was signed by Kadam K.C., Chairman of Ayuj Entertainment Limited. The agreement was signed between Mr. Manish Ghimire, Chief Executive Officer of Nepal Life Capital and Mr. Manish Ghimire, Chief Executive Officer of Nepal Life Capital.
The park is jointly owned by Sarathi Group and is funded by the country’s reputed entrepreneurs and tourism entrepreneurs of Pokhara. Spread over 57 ropanis of land, this park is a fun park for all age groups. The Fishtail Dream Park is one of the biggest amusement parks in Nepal so far with water park, web pool and adventure sports.
