Kathmandu. Nepal Insurance’s share price has been adjusted. As the company closed its books for the purpose of general meeting and dividend distribution, NEPSE adjusted the share price and determined a new price.
Nepse has adjusted the price of the insurance after the 15 percent bonus share. After the adjustment, the share price of the insurance has been fixed at Rs 865.30 per share. NEPSE has adjusted the price based on the last price of the previous trading day of Rs 995.10.
Based on this adjusted price, the insurance’s share trading will open in the secondary market on this day. The company has called the 76th annual general meeting on Tuesday, Chaitra 19, at Nepal Pragya Pratishthan Kamaladi, Kathmandu.
