Kathmandu. Nepal Insurance Company Limited (NLIC) has declared a dividend on its shareholder dividend. The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company held on December 17 has announced a cash dividend to be distributed to the shareholders from the profit of the last FY.
The company has declared a cash dividend of 6.3158% of its current paid-up capital. The proposed dividend is subject to approval from the Insurance Authority and endorsed by the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
