Kathmandu. More than 2.25 lakh units of shares of Nepal Finance have been put up for sale.
A total of 2,26,403 units of promoter shares are being sold in the name of Bijay Bahadur Manandhar. Currently, only existing promoter shareholders of the company can apply for the shares.
The interested promoter shareholders have to apply for the shares within 35 days. The application can be submitted to the company’s central office at Kamaladi, Kathmandu.
If no application is received from the promoter shareholders for the purchase of the shares within the stipulated period, the company will open the sale of the shares to other individuals and institutions.
