In this regard, at a special program organized on Sunday, Chaitra 3 at the registered office of Global IME Capital Limited, Naxal, Kathmandu, Deepak Prasad Neupane, Authorized Director of NC Agro Tech Industries Limited, and Mandeep Luitel, Authorized Chief Executive Officer of Global IME Capital Limited, signed a memorandum of understanding.

The company is going to issue 18,00,000 units of ordinary shares at a face value of Rs. 100 per share.

The mushrooms are processed using state-of-the-art technology to make dry mushrooms, mushroom soup and canned mushrooms, etc. In addition, the raw materials (compost) required for the production of dung mushrooms are being produced and distributed to farmers and large commercial farmers across Nepal. This company has been selling mushrooms The compost and husk left after harvesting have been converted into charcoal and an environmentally friendly structure has also been built.

This company has been providing professional training on new types of mushrooms being produced in Nepal, mushroom production technology, and all types of mushroom seeds. Using state-of-the-art resources, it has also been producing bamboo toothpicks, sausage sinks, incense burner sinks, and other bamboo products.

Similarly, by producing mushroom and bamboo sinks, the country will become self-reliant and by producing other medicinal mushrooms, the waste that is then wasted is converted into high-quality charcoal and sold and distributed. .

In addition, cutting-edge technology is being used in mushroom production using waste agricultural products such as sugarcane husk, mustard husk, wheat stalk, bran, corn, mustard husk, and rice husk.
