Kathmandu. National Microfinance Financial Institution for the fiscal year 2081. The company has declared a dividend for 82 years.
The meeting of the board of directors of the company has decided to distribute 15 percent dividend of Rs 199,741,278.94 out of the current paid-up capital of Rs 1.33 billion. Out of this, 14.25 per cent will have bonus shares worth Rs 189,754,214.99 and 0.75 per cent cash dividend worth Rs 9,987,63.95.
The dividend will be approved by the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB).
