Kathmandu. National Life Insurance Company (NLIC) has organized a program held at Hotel Waterfront in Pokhara under the chairmanship of CEO of the company. The company felicitated the 220 agents, department heads, Province chiefs and branch heads of branches of Gandaki Province in the presence of 220 agents, department heads, and branch chiefs of Gandaki Province who collected the premium fixed for the fiscal year 2081/82.
Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Suresh Prasad Khatri inaugurated the felicitation program on the occasion.
On the occasion, CEO Gandaki Province felicitated the National Ratna and National Star awardees with silver medals, certificates and shawls embedded with the National Life logo.
On the occasion, CEO Gandaki informed that the first felicitation program has been organized in Gandaki Province as per the company’s plan to felicitate the eligible agents under CEO Club and National Award at the province level.
He also added that the CEO Club Membership Scheme has been introduced as a part of the company’s agent-friendly schemes and more than 1600 agents have been selected from all over Nepal.
The participating agents were trained by renowned international coach Kazim Raza. During the training, he said that to be successful in the life insurance business, he needs the necessary knowledge and courage to connect with as many people as possible and talk about insurance policies.
During the ceremony, the participating agents said that receiving training from renowned international training instructors gave them the energy to continue their career in the future. Similarly, he said that he was very proud to receive the award from the Chief Executive Officer of the program.
