Kathmandu. More than 1,92,000 units of shares of Narayani Development Bank are for sale.
A total of 1,92,777 units of promoter shares of the promoter group of the bank have been put up for sale. Currently, only the promoter shareholders of the bank can apply for the shares.
The applicant has to apply for the shares within 35 days. The application process can be done through submission to the central office of the bank, located at Bharatpur, Chitwan.
If the application for purchase of shares is not received from the promoter shareholders within the stipulated period, the issue of shares will be opened to other people and organizations.
