Nabil Bank honoured as highest tax paying bank

The Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FNCCI) has honoured Nabil Bank Limited as the highest tax paying bank in a special program organized on the occasion of its 59th Annual General Meeting and The Day of Commerce and Industry, 2081. On the occasion, Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli handed over the award to The Bank’s Acting CEO Manoj Kumar Gyawali.

Nabil Bank has been honoured with a certificate in recognition of its contribution to the country’s economy by paying the highest taxes on behalf of banks, financial institutions and insurance business sector in the fiscal year 2079/80 BS.

On the occasion of national tax day this year, the Government of Nepal honoured Nabil Bank with a certificate on behalf of banks, financial institutions and insurance sector as the highest tax paying bank in the fiscal year 2079/80. Nabil Bank has already been honored as the highest tax paying bank in the fiscal year 2079/80, fiscal year 2067/68, fiscal year 2070/71, fiscal year 2071/72, fiscal year 2073/74, fiscal year 2075/76, fiscal year 2076/77 and fiscal year 2077/78.
