Kathmandu. Nabil Bank has received permission to issue debentures worth Rs 3 billion.
The Securities Board of Nepal (SEBI) has given permission to Nabil Bank to issue debentures. Now the bank will issue a bond named ‘Nabil Debenture-2082’.
The bank will issue a total of 3 million units of debentures at a face value of Rs 1,000. Accordingly, the bank will sell 1.8 million units individually and public issue of the remaining 1.2 million units.
This bond of the bank is of 8 years duration. Investors will get 7 percent interest per annum.
Nepal SBI Merchant Banking is the bond sales manager of Nabil Bank.
