Kathmandu. Nabil Bank Ltd. has expanded its appointment banking services to various branches. Currently available only at the bank’s central office at Tindhara, this service will now be available in 13 branches of Kathmandu Valley.
According to the bank, the appointment banking service is being expanded with the objective of making the services provided by the bank more effective, customer-friendly and digital. Chief Executive Officer of the bank Manoj Kumar Gyawali said the service is now available to the customers and the bank. “Nabil Bank is committed to provide new and innovative services to its customers. ”
Currently, the service service is available from the bank’s branches at Kaushaltar, Bouddha, New Baneshwor, Maitidevi, Kandaghari, Bijuli Bazaar, Tindhara, Lalitpur, Ghantaghar, Kumaripati, Maharajgunj, New Road and Tripureshwor.
With this service, customers will be able to transact cash and cheques in a quick and fast manner without having to wait in line. According to the bank, the appointment banking service will help to make the banking practice faster and more efficient by making the maximum use of digital technology.
