Kathmandu. Kathmandu: A three-day pre-service training has been conducted for 36 newly-appointed junior assistant employees selected state-wise for various provinces through written examination and interview conducted by Mero Microfinance Microfinance Financial Institution Limited in Kathmandu.
According to the organization, the employees have been given the purpose of making the employees aware about the activities, policies and rules related to the organization.
Addressing the closing ceremony, Chief Executive Officer of the organization RamHari Dahal said that this training should increase the knowledge about micro-finance work and reflect positivity and service spirit towards the work while working. Similarly, he said that he should be a good servant of the people and come to the market.
Deputy CHIEF Executive Officer nabaraj Dahal, senior manager Raju Prasad Pudasaini, chiefs of human resources and administration department Ser Bahadur Gurung, Ram Kumar Subedi and central office staff were present on the occasion.
Umesh Man Dangol, head of the training department of the training institute, facilitated the training.
