Kathmandu. Doleshwar Village Resort and Farm House Pvt. Ltd. A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) has been signed between Citizens Capital and Citizens Capital on institutional consultancy. The agreement was signed by Ramnath Mainali, Chairman of Doleshwar Village Resort and Farm House Pvt. Ltd. and Sabir Bade Shrestha, CHIEF Executive Officer of Citizens Capital Limited.
After this agreement, Citizens Capital has acquired the resort as Private Limited. All preparations to convert into a public company and obtain public issue permission will be given under the consultancy service.
The resort is spread over an area of 10 ropanis in Doleshwar Bhaktapur. At present, the resort has 15 rooms and the number of rooms to 35 rooms and swimming pool is also under construction and the resort aims to complete the construction work within this fiscal year. The resort has three large and small meeting halls with a capacity of up to 300 people.
This resort, which has been a favorite of domestic and foreign tourists, is a suitable place for weddings, fasts, seminars, goshtis and picnics. The famous religious place Doleshwar Mahadev Temple is located 200 meters away from here.
