Kathmandu. More than 705,000 units of shares of NIC Asia Bank have been put up for sale through an auction process from Today.
A total of 705,950 units of shares of the bank’s founder group have been put on sale. The existing founding shareholders of the bank as well as other individuals and institutions can apply for this share.
The minimum price of the shares has been fixed at Rs 190 per share. Investors will have to bid at the minimum price or above while submitting bids for the purchase of shares.
At the time of submission of bid, a minimum of 1,000 units of shares will have to be accepted. The bid can be submitted to NMB Capital, Balatar, Kathmandu.
The last date for submission of bids has been set at 3 pm on July 15.
