Kathmandu. River Falls Power Company Limited is issuing more than 10,38,000 units of undistributed right shares from November 10. A total of 1,038,924 units of undistributed right shares of the company will be put up for auction. Any interested person and organization can bid for the shares.
The minimum price of the shares has been set at Rs 100 per share. This means that investors will have to bid at or above the minimum price.
The interested bidders can bid for a minimum of 100 units and maximum of 100 units.
The bidders can bid for the shares at Biratnagar, Pokhara, Birgunj, Hetauda, Butwal, Surkhet and Dhangadhi branch of Prabhu Capital.
The last date for submission of bids is November 19 till the banking deadline.
