Kathmandu. Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FNCCI) President Chandra Dhakal said the monetary policy should be brought to increase economic activities. He expressed the belief that the budget and monetary policy would be implemented.
He said that the economic sector has not been able to move due to more tightening than necessary due to the thinking of taking the suggestions given by the private sector as a personal benefit.
Dhakal said the budget should be implemented as per spirit. He said that 30 laws have been changed as per the suggestions given by the High Level Economic Sector Reform Suggestion Commission.
He said that the government had suggested to remove vat on air tickets in the budget, but it has not been implemented. He expressed confidence that the suggestions would be implemented in the coming days.
