Kathmandu. Mid Solu Hydropower has announced dividend for the fiscal year 2081/82 BS. The company has announced dividend to be distributed to its shareholders from the accumulated profits of the previous fiscal year.
A meeting of the board of directors of the company held on Thursday proposed to distribute 15 percent bonus shares and 0.789 percent cash dividend (including taxes) of the existing paid-up capital.
The proposed dividend of the company will be distributed after the approval of the regulatory body Electricity Regulatory Commission and approved by the company’s upcoming general meeting.
