A meeting of the board of directors of the company held today. It has been decided not to distribute dividends to shareholders for 81. The meeting also approved the financial statements for the fiscal year 2019/20.
Now the organization will submit the financial statements to the Nepal Rastra Bank for approval. After the approval of the Rastra Bank, the financial statement will be approved by the organization in the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
