Kathmandu. Manjushree Finance has convened its 18th Annual General Meeting (AGM).
The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company has decided to hold its annual general meeting on October 14. The meeting will be held at Thapagaun Banquet in New Baneshwor from 11:00 am.
The meeting held the last fiscal year 2081. It will approve a total of 15 percent cash dividend including tax proposed for 82. The meeting will also give the responsibility to the Board of Directors to forward all the necessary processes for merger with other appropriate banks and financial institutions.
The meeting will also pass a proposal to amend the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association, and authorize the Board of Directors to act as per the directives or suggestions received from the regulatory body. The meeting will approve the annual report of the previous fiscal year and the auditor’s report and approve the proposal regarding the appointment of the auditor and determination of his/her remuneration for the current fiscal year.
The company has decided to close the book on October 5 for the purpose of Annual General Meeting and Dividend Distribution. This means that only shareholders who have been held before October 22 will be eligible to receive the dividend and participate in the meeting.
