Kathmandu. Manjushree Finance Limited has announced that it will distribute dividend to its shareholders from the profit of the previous year. The company has declared 15% cash dividend on its current paid-up capital. The meeting of the Board of Directors of the company held on September 23 has proposed to distribute cash dividend on the basis of the accumulated profit and financial statement of the fiscal year 2081/82.
The proposed dividend will be distributed after the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the company is approved by Nepal Rastra Bank.
