Kathmandu. Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) has suggested to make it mandatory to develop the habit of saving.
The central bank has issued a notice for financial awareness today. Rastra Bank has said that it is mandatory to save a part of the money earned to spend in emergency or other emergency activities and to invest for the future.
According to the NRB, the habit of saving will prevent unnecessary spending and also reduce stress by helping to meet future goals. “Therefore, let’s make a habit of making a list of our income and expenses,” the Rastra Bank said, adding, “Let’s make a monthly budget, do not spend on unnecessary things and save continuously compulsorily.” ’
Rastra Bank has also urged to take loans only if necessary and develop the habit of repaying the loan on time by utilizing the loan. “Let’s build a secure economic future by adhering to financial discipline,” the NRB said.
