Kathmandu. Maikhola Hydropower limited has initiated the process of bringing 100 percent right shares. The company has filed an application with the Securities Board of Nepal seeking permission to bring the rights.
If approved by the Securities Board, Maikhola Hydropower will issue right shares worth Rs 392.156 million to its shareholders in the ratio of 1:1 of the current paid-up capital. Accordingly, the company will sell a total of 3,921,568 units of right shares at a face value of Rs 100 each.
After the right sale, the paid-up capital of the company will be Rs 784.3million.
Prabhu Capital is the right share sale manager of the company.
