Kathmandu. Mahalakshmi Bikas Bank is going to offer mahalaxmi home loan at 7.99 percent targeting customers on the occasion of New Year 2082.
On the occasion of The New Year 2082, the bank will provide such loans to customers to buy/ build/ rebuild houses and buy apartments in a way that will maintain cheap and competitive interest rates in the banking sector. Such loans must be designed to confirm environmental characteristics and use renewable or sustainable sources. The bank believes that such actions will help in protecting the environment, promoting sustainable development and complying with the regulatory guidelines of The Nepal Rastra Bank.
