Kathmandu. Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank has been re-certified with the internationally recognized ISO 9001:2015 . The bank has been certified to provide international standard quality services in the quality management system with effect from August 16, 2081 and has been re-certified through the first surveillance audit held in August 2082.
Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank was the leading bank among the development banks to receive the certificate under the “Provision of Development Banking Activities”.
Such a certification is only for an organization that maintains a strong quality management system in line with international standards, can provide excellent service, ensure customer satisfaction, and continuously improve its work system. For obtaining this certificate, the bank’s policies, rules, procedures, documentation and overall management system were examined and detailed audited.
