Kathmandu. Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank has launched a fully digital virtual credit card in partnership with PhonePe in line with the bank’s policy of providing state-of-the-art, safe and easy banking facilities to its customers.
Under this, customers will be able to pay through PhonePe QR merchant in a safe and convenient way from any location by visiting Mahalaxmi PhonePe Credit Card within this bank’s mobile banking app “Mahalaxmi Smart Sathi”. This virtual credit card will also have an interest-free period of up to 45 days and flexible installment facility on the physical credit card.
Under this service, there is no need for physical credit cards in circulation, so the hassle of carrying the card will end. With the launch of the service, the bank will provide rs. 10,000 to customers using virtual credit cards. The special cash back offer of up to Rs 500 will also be more beneficial for the customers.
Mahalaxmi Bikas Bank, which is at the forefront of development banks in Nepal in the field of digital innovation, has become the first development bank in the bank to launch this service.
