Insurance is not an option, it is a necessity. In today’s age, people want safety. A person wants to run his life by staying under security. They want to make their relatives safe. They want to secure the future. He wants to make the upcoming retirement safe.
For a better future, a person should realize that insurance is an indispensable means to make one feel secure in society. The Insurance Authority should conduct an awareness campaign to regulate various bodies of the state through villages, settlements, local levels, wards and various bodies of the state to break the interpretation of the miss interpretation in the context of understanding of uniformity in its society about the effectiveness of insurance.
In a developing country like ours, insurance is even more important. Today, connecting every person to the protection of life insurance and integrating the small capital scattered in the society into national capital, investing that national capital in designated sectors including various industries and factories and providing security to use the profits earned from the investment to improve the lives of the common people, these various tasks fall under the insurance sector. Although insurance should be made mandatory through the government machinery, today there is no debate from the honorable people who lead the policy of the state about its scope, the civil servants have discussed about insurance anywhere and touched the life about its prevalence. It is important for all of us to promote this insurance sector, which is an important link connecting with the future and risk linked to economic prosperity, connecting with the feelings of the individual.
It is the need of the hour to have an open debate about the importance of insurance, not only from the G sector but also from all the state machinery. Despite the immense importance and necessity and justification of insurance, society’s view of employees and agent friends working in connection with insurance is different.
It is important to change this perception. Agent You act as our intermediary as a bridge between the insurer and the insured to inform you about the insurance and to purchase the insurance you need. It is important that we treat the agents and employees engaged in this sacred profession with a view to boost their morale, not with the point of view of demeaning them.
We all need to respect this profession. Today, all Nepali citizens have joined this profession. More than 12,000 people have been directly employed indirectly and more than 275,000 people have got employment. At the same time, the insurance sector has helped a lot in the development of the nation’s economy. It has helped to keep the market moving. The protection of financial losses to the people of the villages who are suffering and difficulty has saved the family from being disturbed.
We need to protect such service-oriented organizations and point out the weaknesses seen in the insurance sector with a stronger and clearer vision in the future and its effective implementation should improve the delays in the service sector and make it a reliable, reliable alternative medium for the common people by facilitating the payment of claims. This is the need of the hour. We all have a responsibility.
We should not spread misleading news targeting the insurance sector as a whole and sending a negative message to the society about the discounted incidents from any one insurer. It is not only harming the insurance sector but also the entire nation. Yes, there are many things that need to be improved in the insurance sector. According to the state policy, it is also the duty of the organization to issue insurance policies suitable for the current environment. Many things need to be improved by further refining the plan. It is necessary to bring an integrated insurance package that covers various aspects of health so that the investment can be returned in a timely manner by changing the policy arrangement of withdrawing one’s own investment for a very long time according to the market demand, customer’s desire and the interest of the youth.
In order to revive the insurance that has been spent or inactive for a long time, it is necessary to change the policy of depositing the entire year’s amount at once and make arrangements to renew the insurance policy even in installments as per their needs.
It is necessary for the Insurance Authority to closely monitor all the insurers in Nepal and make arrangements and instructions for all the institutions to move forward according to the same kind of policy. Insurance plans may be different, but the basic policy should not be different.
Finally, in this society, which is moving forward using expertise and trends in the principles of social justice, the safe future of our family is the risk of economic loss, as the support of old age and social responsibility, let us insure life as conscious citizens and stay safe. Let’s keep the family safe. Let’s add a brick to the national contribution. Let’s connect villages, cities and nations in the savings campaign and build a happy Nepali prosperous Nepal.
