Kathmandu. Protective Micro Insurance Limited has appointed Laxmi Sunrise Capital Limited as a guarantor to guarantee 2,250,000 units of ordinary shares. Mr. Bijay Lal Shrestha, CHIEF Executive Officer of Laxmi Sunrise Capital Limited and Mr. Naresh Kumar Roka, CHIEF Executive Officer of Protective Micro Insurance Limited signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organizations.
Protective Micro Insurance Limited, as a non-life micro insurance company, has been issuing micro-life insurance policies since 2080/03/31 after obtaining business operation approval related to micro-life insurance from 2080/02/08.
