Kathmandu. Kumari Bank Limited has signed an agreement with Winrock International for entrepreneurship development and expansion of financial access, which is committed to promoting sustainable development through service, process and strategic partnerships. Under this collaboration, the bank and Winrock will jointly enhance the targeted communities in entrepreneurship development, develop financial literacy, enhance technical and managerial capacity of the entrepreneurs and develop the capacity of the entrepreneurs in formulating a sustainable business plan.
Reiterating the bank’s commitment towards sustainable banking, financial inclusion and strengthening and promoting local enterprises, Mr. Arpan Poudel, Head of Sustainable Banking Department, said, “Through this collaboration, the bank will continuously strive to enhance the financial prosperity of its target groups.”
Kumari Bank has been rendering state-of-the-art banking services for the past 24 years through a wide domestic network of 302 branches, 50 extension counters, 48 branchless banking units and 317 ATMs.
