Kathmandu. The Koshi state government is going to provide artificial intelligence (AI)-connected glasses for the poor visually impaired students for their easy living.
Minister for Economic Affairs and Planning Ram Bahadur Rana Magar presented the budget statement in the state assembly meeting on Sunday.
Cameras are installed in such glasses aimed at the visually impaired. By photographing scenes in front of a bespectacled man, the AI on the glasses gives users detailed information about the scene captured in the picture.
This glasses can also provide accurate information via Google or other platforms.
These glasse TAG_OPEN_p_12 s were gifted by Indian doctor Nitin Dedhia to Menuka Padel, a Nepali singer.
Some letters of Braille are also placed on the side of the glasses. By pressing it, users can also do other things.
AI-connected glasses are fitted with different sensors. So that the glasses capture only the exact scene and indicate caution in case of any danger.
AI means that the software is created by incorporating aspects of people’s behavior, decisions, etc. In which it provides information according to the needs of the user based on millions of information already available.
