Kamna Sewa Bikas Bank extends support to Pashupati Area Development Trust

Kathmandu. Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank has handed over 5,000 shoe bags and 1,000 tokens to the Pashupati Area Development Trust (PADT) as part of its social responsibility programme. The bags and tokens were handed over to the devotees visiting the Pashupatinath Temple to keep their shoes and slippers safely and in a systematic manner.

Parma Dhungel, head of the bank’s credit administration department, handed over the bags and tokens to acting member secretary of Pashupati Area Development Trust Subhash Chandra Joshi.

Acting member secretary Joshi said that the number of devotees visiting Pashupatinath in the coming month of Shravan will be high and there will be a shortage of bags to keep shoes and slippers of the devotees and the bags and tokens provided by the bank will help in the management of footwear.

Speaking on the occasion, Parma Dhungel, Head of Credit Administration Department of the Bank, thanked the Fund for providing the opportunity to hand over the bag and token to the Pashupati Area Development Trust as the bank has been providing state-of-the-art banking services through 130 branches across the country.
