Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank Limited, which has been expanding the reach of digital banking services across the country, has launched a very useful facility for its customers with fixed accounts. Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank’s mobile banking app has the facility of opening a fixed account, but now customers can apply for loans through the bank’s mobile banking app ‘PHDSV’ on the basis of the amount in their fixed account and deposit the amount in their own account immediately.
Earlier, customers had to compulsorily attend the nearest branch office and complete various paperworks to get a loan of a fixed account. However, after this facility, it is expected that the customer’s time saving, service simplicity, and experience satisfaction will be added as the loan can be easily completed from the mobile app without going to the branch. The bank believes that customers will be directly benefited as they do not have to wait for office hours and do not even reach the bank’s branch after the loan can be taken from any place at any time even during the busy hours.
The service facilities have been made technology-friendly with the aim of gradually eliminating the compulsion of customers to reach the bank. The bank has already made arrangements to open an online account and open a fixed account through the mobile banking app.
