Kathmandu. Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank has urged shareholders to come and collect cash dividends older than five years.
The bank has issued a notice today and made this request. The bank has stated that some shareholders have yet to collect the cash dividend for the fiscal year 2075.76, which was approved by the bank’s 13th annual general meeting held on 2076 Poush 17.
The bank had decided to distribute 6.8 percent cash dividend to shareholders for the said fiscal year. The bank has urged shareholders to collect the cash dividend within 1 month from the date of publication of the notice. For this, the bank has stated that the share registrar should contact the office of Prabhu Capital in Kamaladi, Kathmandu.
The bank has clarified that the cash dividend of the shareholders who are not received within the specified period will be deposited in the Investor Protection Fund as per the provisions of the Companies Act.
